Our target population is young women and single moms, who struggle with facing homelessness and gaining and maintaining their independence while trying to navigate through life.  Many of them deal with homelessness due to teen pregnancy, domestic violence, financial hardships and even tragic circumstances. This is our passion and the heart of Raquan's Haven, which is the journey and testimony of our founder.
